We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

UK Deliveries

Royal mail Signed for delivery 1st Class - Free.
Next Working Day Signed for delivery £8.95 (place your order before 2 p.m).

European Deliveries

Royal Mail International tracked and signed delivery £13.50.

International Deliveries

Royal Mail International tracked and signed delivery £18.50.

Overseas Orders

All Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Western Europe within 2-5 working days, Eastern Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

We can provide a tracking number on request.

We cannot give you an indication of any duty or taxes imposed by any individual country as these will be unique and may be in addition to the delivery cost, these will be charged to the customer. 

We endeavour to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours.  Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday (Tuesday in the case of public holidays). Goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery, if you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, a card will be put through your letterbox to enable you to arrange re-delivery or collection at a time that suits you best. 
As all deliveries require a signature upon receipt, for this reason we don't recommend using a PO Box or BFPO address as your shipping address. 


Incorrect Delivery Address/Undeliverable Shipments
It is the buyer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.  If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering, or failure to respond to calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to Hope & Fortune. Please note it is not the courier’s responsibility to attempt to contact the buyer to obtain the correct delivery address. 
When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund to the buyer.  We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. For reasons of account security, we cannot permit buyers to change their shipping addresses after an order is placed. 
In the event of severe weather conditions deliveries may be disrupted and take longer than normal to reach their destinations.  In this event please be patient and allow 7 working days before contacting us.  During severe weather conditions we cannot guarantee Express Delivery within 24 hours. 


If you would like to return or exchange any items please contact Hope & Fortune within 14 working days of receiving your order.

The items must be un-used and in re-saleable condition, with all the original packaging intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage and initial shipping costs will not be refunded. We will of course refund all shipping costs if the goods are faulty.
